Timothy Sullivan, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sullivan is a Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mystic Pharmaceuticals and is co-inventor of Mystic's Drug Delivery technology. He has four pending patents in the field of drug delivery and was recognized as one of the top one hundred notable people in the medical device industry by MD&DI in 2008. Mr. Sullivan was formerly a Principal of INFUSE Corporation, a strategy-consulting firm based in Austin, Texas where he served as a strategy consultant for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging companies spanning telecommunications, energy, life sciences, high technology and education. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Sullivan has been an innovator of breakthrough concepts, creating or growing companies in the fields of energy, software technology, life sciences and management consulting, two of which have been acquired by major corporations. He has held executive management positions with: Questor Energy, Inc. (Founder and President), Data Retrieval Corporation, Scientific & Engineering Software, Inc., DAZEL Corporation, SLParkhurst Corporation (President & CEO). He has served as a planning and technology commercialization consultant to NASA at the Johnson Space Center and was a Co-founder of the SBR Institute. Mr. Sullivan holds a MS degree in Future Studies from the University of Houston and undergraduate degree in Business and Physics.

Michael Shaw, Vice President cGMP Operations
Mr. Shaw is responsible for developing and managing Mystic's supply chain and in house cGMP operations for drug compounding, delivery device manufacturing and sterile unit dose packaging at Mystic's cGMP clinical supply production facility in Austin, Texas. He was previously Director Of Manufacturing Operations for Matrixx Initiatives, a $90M healthcare products company utilizing novel drug delivery systems. Mr. Shaw was responsible for all technical operations and supply chain while at Matrixx and directly responsible for commercial manufacturing scale up of 12 commercial products (SKUs). Mr. Shaw has previously held manufacturing engineering positions with Zila, Inc., Schein Pharmaceuticals, Barr Laboratories, and SmithKline Beecham. Mr. Shaw holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University. He holds a Six Sigma Blackbelt certification.
